Terms for Learners and Purchasers

1. Who we are

The website and checkout are operated under the brand Kynarex by Unne L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. (“Kynarex”, “we”, “us”). Unless a product page clearly states that another party is the merchant of record, we are the seller of the digital product you select at checkout.

2. What you are buying

We offer digital education products and services — for example, online courses, programme access, downloadable or streamed learning materials, and related support described on the relevant product or checkout page. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, we do not sell physical goods through this website.

Each product page and checkout summary describes the title, scope, format, price, currency, and what is included. That description forms part of your order. We do not guarantee a particular personal, academic, professional, or business outcome from any course.

3. How the contract is formed

By clicking to pay (and confirming any required checkboxes), you make an offer to purchase the selected product on the terms shown at checkout. A contract is formed when payment is successfully authorised and we confirm the order, unless checkout states a different moment of acceptance.

Your purchase is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our refund, cancellation, and service delivery information, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register or purchase on this website. By transacting, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18.

5. Price, payment, and currency

The price and currency are shown before you pay (commonly AED on this site). Taxes or mandatory fees, if applicable, are displayed or explained at checkout. You authorise us and our payment service provider to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Accepted card types include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express where your issuer supports online purchases; other methods may appear at checkout. Card payments are processed by a regulated payment service provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and kynarex.com policies and rules. Keep your payment confirmation, order reference, and card issuer records. They may be required for support, refunds, or dispute resolution.

6. Delivery and access

After successful payment, you should receive a confirmation by email and instructions on how to access the purchased digital product (for example, login details, enrolment link, or next steps in your account). Delivery is electronic only unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Refund eligibility, how to request a refund, cancellation rights, and how refunds are returned to your original payment method are explained on our refund, cancellation, and service delivery page. Where a product is non-refundable, that will be stated on the product or checkout page before you pay.

8. Your account and acceptable use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. You must not share paid access in a way that breaches these Terms or the product description, attempt to circumvent access controls, copy or redistribute course materials except as expressly permitted, or use the service for fraud, abuse, or infringement.

9. Intellectual property

Course materials, branding, and platform software are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased content for your own learning in line with the product description — not a licence to resell, publicly perform, or commercially exploit the materials unless expressly stated.

The Kynarex name, website design, and our proprietary materials remain our property or that of our licensors.

10. Disclaimers

Digital products are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) where such advice is required. Content may change or be updated after purchase where the product description allows reasonable updates to materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

11. Sanctions and restricted territories

We will not trade with, or provide services to, anyone in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or to individuals and entities on applicable sanctions or denied-party lists (including, without limitation, U.S. OFAC and relevant United Nations, EU, and U.K. lists). You must not use the service to evade such restrictions. We may refuse or block transactions we are required to reject under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from your purchase or use of the purchased product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the transaction giving rise to the claim, except where a higher mandatory limit applies.

13. Country of domicile and governing law

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms, and any dispute arising from your purchase, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (local law applicable in Dubai, U.A.E.), without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law, except where mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.

The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that may require disputes to be heard elsewhere for certain consumers.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Material changes that affect existing purchases will be handled in line with applicable law; continued use of the website for new purchases after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms for those new purchases.
