Refunds, cancellation, and service delivery

1. What we sell
Kynarex offers digital education and software services (e.g. online courses, access to learning materials, and platform features) as described on the product and checkout pages. We do not ship physical goods from this website unless a specific product page states otherwise. Prices, currency, and what is included are shown at purchase.
2. Service delivery and access (digital services)
After a successful online payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by email to the address you provided, typically within a few minutes. The confirmation includes or references your order. Access instructions for the purchased digital product (e.g. how to start the course, platform login, or next steps) are sent by email or are shown in your account / confirmation flow, as described for that product. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, contact support@kynarex.com with the approximate time of purchase and the email used at checkout.
3. Refund policy
Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment card or original payment method where technically possible. The amount may take 10 to 45 days to appear, depending on your card issuer and bank.
You may request a refund or review for situations such as (examples):
- duplicate or incorrect charge;
- the digital product is materially not as described on the offer page at purchase;
- we fail to provide access to the purchased digital product within a reasonable time after successful payment and your support request; or
- other cases covered by applicable consumer law and our assessment of the case.
Refund requests must be sent to support@kynarex.com with your order or transaction reference and a short description. We may need additional information to verify the purchase. Where a refund is not available (e.g. clearly stated for a non-refundable product), that limitation is shown before purchase. If a product is non-refundable, you must be able to see that before you pay to reduce disputes; where we use that model, the checkout or product page will state it.
4. Cancellation
You may request to cancel a transaction or subscription in line with the terms shown for that product. For one-time digital purchases, contact support as soon as possible if you believe you made a purchase in error; eligibility depends on whether access or materials were already delivered. For recurring plans, cancellation terms and notice periods are as stated in the product or order flow. If no separate cancellation right exists beyond the law and the product terms, that will be clear before you complete payment where we rely on a non-cancellable offer.
